Snags : when putting alot of work into pursuing a female/male and being rejected at the crunch time for reasons that the female/male being pursued is attracted to the opposite sex or is old enough to be the pursuers parent.

•Pursuer -"Hey there gorgeous, want to come home with me and play with my meat pole?"
•Pursued -"I'll have to reject your tempting meat pole offer because I'd rather play with a box clam"
•Pursuer -"heavens, not again! I got the SNAGS!"
