This was a speech-to-text error said by Christopher Saint Booth. One of the people in the 1980's duo, Who's Who? (Christopher Saint Booth, Philip Adrian Booth) who were behind infamous lostwave, Ulterior Motives/EKT/Everyone Knows That, who were also involved in Affair.
