A term used towards those with underwhelming intelligence and an absurd lack of literacy skills. It is typically used when someone consistently struggles while reading, speaking, or understand the obvious.

Person A: I tried to explain to them the word is tell-tale not tale-tell
Person B: They just can't get it right, such zenchi behavior
