A person who is asexual and panromantic.

If somebody is a pancake, it means they aren't sexually attracted to people of any gender but are romantically attracted to people of all genders.

Composed of the prefix pan-, from panromantic, and cake, a symbol of asexuality arising from the expression "cake is better than sex."
