The degenerate who caused legislators to step in when children were losing arms in the factories, and get the companies to adopt safe practices and pay workman's comp. Employers are the scummiest individuals in existence. legislators had to step in and create child labor laws and other related legislation, because of their degeneracy. Many employers moved their child labor operations to 3rd world countries instead of staying in the United states. This is testament to how little employers care about you.

If an employee can't negotiate what happens while they are on the clock workers don't have rights. It's little more than servitude. And no, Aba and Preach. I'm not demanding money. Money is and has always been a tertiary concern. I doubt I could get anything from this other than recognition for the incredibly high quality (legally). An annual form completed by MCSO supervisors that justifies giving or not giving you a pay raise. This form is mandated by policy, but no one really cares about them unless they are really super negative. Supervisors hate writing them as they know it's pointless.
Theoretically it documents your performance over the last year, but every commander has different criteria and people just make shit up as they please.
