1. The act of hitting on chicks when you are black-out drunk in hopes of hooking up with them. The act is usually committed by a person who is know to frequently do this, a creeper.
2. The act of macking on extremely drunk chicks when you are still sober, also a common act done by creepers.

1) To check out what's going on by driving or walking around, usually when you go out with friends with no specific plans or destination in mind.

2) Conducting informal reconnaissance on a location or event to assess whether it is worth the time, effort and/or money to get involved. Recon may involved simply driving by, or by one member of your party scouting a location in advance.
