Is a male that is a donor of a child or many children and has no contact with the child/children and doesn't help support the child emotionally, physically or financially, But yet claims to people who will listen to him that he misses the child/children and wants to have rights to being a part of the children/child's life but in reality is self absorbed and makes no effort to see or speak to the child and only manages to pay $1.49 a day in child support even though working full time. He is also All about the crack and chasing filthy pussy.
