The United States Congress could easily pass health care reform that covers everyone and doesn't bankrupt people who have to use the health insurance they have, good insurance like citizens in every other developed country around the world enjoy, if not for the corporaterrorists threatening to spend millions of dollars of their money to run campaign ads against any Senator or Congressman who votes for too much reform.

Corporations vote by paying politicians and political parties to put forward their agenda. The term is also endearing because of the similarity to the word "Hipocrisy".
