The act of being bored while you're supposed to be doing something else, leading you not only to be bored of the theoretical task but also being bored because you're doing nothing at the time.

Matt: Fuck, I'm procrastinating on this programming assignment because I have no motivation but yet the looming assignment makes it so I can't play Pokemon!
Stephanie: So you're bored of something you're not doing, and bored of not doing anything?
Matt: Well shit, I guess I have quantum boredom.
