If someone says they have a second birthday, they may be referring to the day they should’ve died, but didn’t.
Person one: “Why is Janet saying she’s celebrating her second birthday today?”
Person two: “A year ago today she survived an overdose. It’s her second birthday because she should have died according to the doctors.”

It's the time of year that Matt starts to act like a right fool, talking himself up, acting like he's all that. Wait, it's nearly his birthday - he's having another birthday breakdown!
Sally's friends are acting so weird around her, she's starting to have a birthday breakdown.

A week long 'festival' surrounding a persons birthday. Typically celebrated by egocentric people who are still small children, and think their birthday of such importance that it should be celebrated with a week.
P1: "My birthday gras has started yay!"
P2: "I thought your birthday was next week"
P1: "I am so special that I need a week to celebrate my birth"
P2 (to self): "What a loser"

For the full 24 hours of your birthday, you don't have to do any chores around the house or homework. You can also say and do whatever you want without getting into any trouble, as stated by the definition above.
Since today is my birthday, I'm not doing any of my homework and my family has to do my chores for me because I have Birthday Immunity.
