A mind set of being stuck a feeling of constant failure you feel like a failure you feel ugly not wanting to get up in the morning most people say well just don't be sad but your not sad you feel lost in a maze you can't escape in your mind because it's worse there your just lazy no were finding the motivation to want to breath it sometimes makes you want to hurt your self because you feel like it's the only way out or to escape but you get told you just want attention then that makes you feel worse words have a bad impact on you to you get told one negative thing and it sticks but you get a million compliments and they all role off but that one thing that got said sticks for days months or years and you would never know how much a person suffers from the outside the most sad are the kindest because they know how it feels to suffer in silence and don't want anyone to go through it if they don't have to this is the meaning of depression form a first person view so be careful what you say because you could be that last straw for someone to snap and end it all.
