Based on the Affordable Care Act being called 'Obama Care', Medicare came in during the Johnson Administration of the 1960's, and so Johnson Care is used to refer to Medicare. Social Security came into effect during the Roosevelt administration of the 1930's, and so Social Security is referred to as Roosevelt Care.

I'm over 65 years old now, so I've signed up for Johnson Care.
