People who have the letter "I" in their first name in an unusual place will usually refer to themselves as "(Name), with an I". There is no reason for this, as saying your name has an I in it adds nothing to the conversation, and will probably add more confusion than anything.
"So you want a grande Pumpkin Spice Latte, correct?"
"Yep"
"And who's it for?
"Josiph, with an I"
"Excuse me?"
"The I is inbetween the S and the P"
"What was the point in mentioning your name had an I in it for a Starbucks order?"
"Because it's my name and it's important. You know you're being quite rude, LMSYM"
"Yep"
