Something that can be lame, weird, bizarre, strange or funny that happens on the Internet. Similar to RL caffeine, yet somehow not as tasty.

A: Did you hear about J?
J: She busted a nut while freewheeling to polka.

J: Well, that's internet caffeine.

Poor Steve, his wife did a devil's threesomewith Johnny and Tonto on video and now its all over the devil's internet.

scurfing the internet involves searching the web for anything and everything that might be interesting while you are at work/school/uni or just bored. The word comes from a cross between scratching your ass and surfing the web.

I was meant to be working all day but i ended up scurfing the internet for random stuff because my job is so boring and scurfing makes my life a little more liveable.
