People who are big fans for dream the youtuber, They will do almost anything for there god that they worship. They attacked Addison Rae on January for leaking Tommyinnits address?(she didn't) Anyways the word stans is a mix of "stalker" and "fan there are around 25M fans (or stans) for him.

"Dream stans are fatherless" or "Dream stans are too dramatic" There is no positive sentence that can have dream stans in it.
