Get the you jacking it mug.A question many people ask, something that is an integral part of opening up to a person. Yet, most people rather hear it than explain whether they are or not. Hearing this phrase is more important than anything else, but it is not worth pushing if they do not want to say anything. Maybe they are feeling not okay and do not want to talk about it or they are actually fine, no matter what it is better to at least let someone know you are noticing their tendencies and how they are not seeming fine.
