A person being able to go into and out of a public unisex bathrooms, meeting another person (him her etc) at a private or public location, while exiting, holding hands, weird expressions on others faces at said location(s), they left happily.

I just saw this guy come out of the bathroom happy as could be, holding my friends hand . They were in there for 10 minutes, but I've never seen my friend smile that much that night . I assume my friend found tugguy. And got him/her tugguyed

Tugeye

Commenly used in the western parts of Canada,usually on the rez(it's where it originated from anyways) but now has been integrated into the white populated areas. The word tugeye is usually a response to when someone is either stupid or an as$hole but in a joking matter. Even though it replaces the word 'idiot' in most cases the actual translated word is 'dick'.
