Get the Tuffmug. A place where dogs ruff at the athletes who are tuff-ing it out trying to complete their workout of the day (WOD). A place where good boys exert their Dogminance. A place where dogs tell their masters to Sit Up instead.
WOD consists of Good Boy Squats, Tail Wag Push ups and Woof-ups.
All partner work outs require one Dog + one Hooman. The typical WOD time cap is around 12 minutes hooman time which is approximately 84 minutes in dog time.
It’ll be Ruff, but you’ll be Tuff at the end of it !

Rock that contains greater than 75% ash is considered tuff, while rock containing 25% to 75% ash is described as tuffaceous (for example, tuffaceous sandstone).
