An adjective describing the effects of smoking herbal incense intended as use for a legal high. Some brands include: Black Magic Smoke, Amsterdam Dreams, Yellow Mellow, etc. The high effect is different than that of Marijuana, and creates its own category. The name derives from Dwarf Skull, which may be found in some herbal smoking blends.
