The state of being drunk and weirdly euphoric, like you just wandered out of a fever dream where sun babies make sense and everything's made of felt. Often includes giggling, stumbling, hugging random people, and possibly talking to inanimate objects. Bonus points if you fall down and bounce back up like a children’s show character.
