To some her wording can be seen as retarded, however, she repeatedly uses "Hey lol", "......", and"looooool", but this is done to attract Shiki. She inevitably becomes obsessed with him, frequently asking for him to answer her dm, even though he has purposely ignored the dm- sometimes longer than 12hours- to create an insatiable thirst, where the girls continuously beg for his attention.
