Alcohol that you store in a convenient location at the side of a road or out of public sight. This is done usually when you are told that you cannot bring your own alcohol onto a premises, and so you have to stash your remaining alcohol somewhere.
The intention is that when you leave the bar / club, you have a nice pick-me-up to keep you going well into the early hours.
The location can be marked with a stone, or the container itself contained under a bunch of stones.
Let's be honest... no-one is going to abandon good alcohol!

Guy 1: Shit! We're supposed to be at the bar, but I still have a fuck-load of alcohol to drink.
Guy 2: Fear not my friend! Grab some of them rocks over there and we'll plant some Road Booze for later!

2. The phenomenon where you sleep with a co-worker on a trip because you're out-of-town, jetlagged, and a little drunk from your business dinner.

"After five days on the road in three hotels, it was late and she seemed attractive enough. I woke up and realized, oh yeah, I was wearing my road goggles."
"She's not much to look at, but there wasn't much happening at the Hampton Inn on a Tuesday night, dude."
"Our flight was cancelled and we had dinner at the airport TGIFridays. After a plate of wings and two beers, it made sense to hook up."

George is quite a grimy fellow, as he from time to time can be seen collecting road bogies and smoking them.

A group of shady men in beige trenchcoats and tall fedoras who carry stop signs, but appear to be doing nothing. Only other road crew workers are allowed to pass by them, and any information on the Milkman is strictly confidential to the group.
