1) A variation of the phrase Been there, done that. The intention is to imply that one was drunk all the time during the said activity.

2) Means - by ridiculing a common saying - Don't give a shit.

3) An exclamation pointing out that there is something to be drunk.

- I am now my first year in college.

- Taxes are rising, Obama is doing nuthin'
