Depression

A serious chronic illness passed through DNA slightly which has a chance of becoming depression after a build up of high stress, trauma, or anxiety it may be able to pyschologically, mentally, and psychically change one's life and effect their brain permanently. It can leave people to sometimes feel dull or empty, or guilty, unworthy, or just generally not good. This can ruin or disrupt a person's appetite and eating as well as sleep and social life. This can make things you used to enjoy not enjoyable. While it can be treated through medicine and therapy it is still there. It is not your fault, or their fault and no one is to blame for it. Sometimes this can lead to a lack of energy, motivation, and an overall negative outlook on everything. There are many different variations of depressive disorders like MDD or Clinical Depression. Occasionally depressive episodes can occur.

"Hey man, I noticed you seem to be moving slightly slower than usual and you sort of seem out of it. You cancelled our weekly tradition and you have never done that. Something is off, are you okay?"

"I think I should be honest, this isn't your fault or anything but I have been feeling quite depressed for a long time and I am in a episode right now. I think I have depression."

Depression is a whole different thing and feeling. It just makes you sad, and if it is for long, it will make you hurt in your heart. It is very important to talk to somebody, or you might heal yourself. Talking to somebody removes depression, so it is very important. Depression can happen for many things, and this is an example: You lost somebody and failed your exam. There are unique things that can caused the Depression which can last so long so before it hurts you, you should remove it by talking to somebody or healing yourself.
