Usually empty, an outlined green tear drop tattoo under the eye symbolizes that the wearer has shot, or murdered another individual. The green represents the gang, and having it non-filled means you can easily disguise & fool law enforcement by saying the meaning is of a lost loved one.

the punishment for the losing party in a basketball competition, such as 21, whereby the player must bend over with his hands on the pole of the basket and his backside facing the court, in order that the winning parties, standing at the top of the three-point arc, might repeatedly peg him in the backside with the basketball. pop-punk rock band from california. i hate green day; but, i have to admit, i like some of their older songs. their new music sucks. i hate politcal music. but the real reason i hate them is because their drummer(tre) said some shit about one of my favorite bands. it seems to me that they think they're better than everyone else(other bands).
