5th season lesbian 

The gratuitous introduction of a lesbian character, characters,relationship or situation in order to boost flagging interest in a television, or comic series. Usually happens in the fourth or fifth season of the series lifespan. The intent is more to spark interest with provocative girl on girl action than to create diversity.

The classic example would be Willows outing in the last few seasons of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Willow and Tara would be the 5th season lesbians.

Eyeliner Lesbian 

A fem or lipstick lesbian of punk, goth, rockabilly or otherwise alternative tendancies.
They are fond of ripped fishnets, tight jeans, leather jackets, chipped nail polish, pin-up girl tattoos, jewlery featurig skulls, piercings, lepord print, aquanet, teased hair, corsetry, and of course loads of thick black eyeliner.
Their prefered music tends toward: punk, Riot Grrl, Deathrock (a punk influened form of goth), Indie rock, hard core punk, some post-punk, electroclash
They mock those who listen to Ani Difranco (though may have a song or two of hers on their computers) and would never, ever, ever go to Lillith Faire.
They are not straight women experimenting, although they are frequently bisexual, not considering other eyeliner lesbians and effeminante goth/glam/indie boys particularly different.
Such women include: Joan Jett, Kathleen Hanna, Peaches (bi, but still)

mspec lesbian 

mspec = multisexual spectrum = "attracted to multiple genders". e.g. bisexual, pansexual, etc.

an mspec lesbian is someone who is mspec and feels their sapphic attraction is especially important, enough that the term 'lesbian' feels right alongside another term. e.g. bi lesbian, pan lesbian, etc.
it's arguably similar to the term 'sapphic', covering wlw who are also attracted to other genders.

mspec lesbian does NOT BY DEFAULT mean "lesbian who is attracted to men", as mspec identities can encompass attraction to any combination of gender identities.

it's a simple way of expressing being mspec while also focusing on the sapphic part of one's identity.

"I'm an mspec lesbian! I'm a girl who likes girls and enbies, but the sapphic part of my identity is very important. So, that's why I call myself a bi lesbian."
