(phrase; Irish idiom, colloquial)
Challenging to give a simple definition. It's not dissimilar to 'come here go away'. It is used to describe a situation handled with no fuss or to make light of a difficult situation.

A: "I was so drunk last night I think I kissed 30 guys"
B: "Ah, no biggie, go in go out "

Rolling out the white carpet

Rolling out the white carpet is the act of covering a toilet seat in toilet tissue to prevent contact between the buttocks and the seat. Often a done thing in dirty / public toilets.

Four separate strips of paper are torn from the roll and placed on the seat to form a square shape covering the entirety of the seat.

Its from an old Latin fable about fish convincing each other that jumping out of the frying pan is the only way to avoid certain doom. In modern times i means rushing out of a bad situation without considering the implications.
