Squirted out

When someone is exhausted, or even mildly tired. Someone who is not able to uphold a two way fully understandable conversation with another until a full 8 hours of sleep. Could also be used as just ‘squirted’

“Ugh man sorry I got to go to bed I’m squirted out”

“I am squirted from that test”
