A Caucasian male who subscribes to the culture of Puerto Ricans by wearing jazz shoes, thin leather ties, pimping out his Honda and annoying the fuck out of the rest of the world with his ever present base box in the trunk.
Biff: Dude, what happened to Alex?
Thad: What do you mean?
Biff: He has become a Self Made Puerto Rican !
Thad: Yeah, the jazz shoes on a North Shore boy just ain't gonna wash. And that fucking buzz box he rides around in delivering pizzas. WTF?
Biff: And to think he was once the captain of the golf team.
Thad: Mother McCree !

To pleasure one's self. To be your own best friend. When a man enjoys his own company. roughing up the suspect

The reluctance to report a serious work issue for fear that those reading or hearing the complaint will view the issue as petty. The complainant fears that he or she will be viewed forevermore as a sniveling weasel. The result is that the issue will remain unresolved until it takes on another unrelated dimension that is extremely damaging to the workplace. At this point, another worker will report the original complaint and will be given full credit for saving the company.
Worker 1: "I think that we have to let people in HR know what Stacey and Ed have been up to. She's getting away with murder. She's using him, he's letting her and both of them are married anyway."
Worker 2: "There's no way I'm going to bring up favoritism and their adolescent extramarital dalliances to HR."
Worker 1: "Self inflicted complaint blockage?"
Worker 2: "You got it."

I.e when a user searches for the definition of a word that is unknowingly spelt incorrectly, only to find it on a site that they themselves have listed it on as a stupid way of spelling said word.
"Tom was a self harming troll when he looked up 'urben dictionary', only to find he was the one that had earlier defined it as a stupid person's way of spelling 'urban dictionary''.

The word has two different definitions depending on expernal factors.
Should one be called a good guy please reffer to a different definition.
A self proclaimed good guy more often than not is in fact not a good guy.
Often straight duchebags and or mean guys will reffer to themselves as "good" guys in order to protect their own image to other people but also in order to keep their perspective on themselves good.
We can link it to a coping mechanism where if someone has to do something they shouldnt they justify the action by ether lying or twisting the truth.
This is explained deeper in psychology studies.
TLDR; self proclaimed good guys are more often than not in fact, not good guys.

Guy one: dude, you did some seriously messed up things to that guy.
The "good guy": nah bro, im a good guy. Dont worry
Guy one: you cant just do bad things and then call yourself a good guy. No matter how many times you say you are a good guy, you wont be Unless you behave like it.
