An expression used in moments of excitement or surprise. It was first coined by revolutionary Brandon Lawson from the Bay Area in a group message with Enoch Montes and Benny on twitter in the Fall of 2017. Brandon had typed in the words randomly to express his surprise when Enoch brought it up that the phrase was of use.

2. A stereotypical old person i.e: liked things when they were younger, uses the word "Whippersnapper" excessively, and constantly complains about the spatial positioning of people he doesn't like in relation to his lawn, and usually where they should get.
