Douche Tard

n. Boss of a company who requires employees to do the dumbest of tasks. Looks for jobs like taking rocks out of a ditch and then putting them back in. Thinks he has things all figured out, but really it's the workers who make sure all the jobs get done right. Contains the word "douche" because a Douche Tard wants people to think he's an asshole, but really that's all just for show. When no one's paying attention, you'll find Douche Tards cooing over baby fawn and such.

Jon: "Hey Benny, what job are we working on today?"
Benny: "We're filling that hole back in that you dug out yesterday."
Jon: "Whatever Douche Tard."

Full-Tard

A stupid come back to someone calling you a half-hard. Same meaning as calling someone a "retard", is less offensive but will make you sound like an idiot.

Jonathan: "Hey bro, you're a half-tard!"
Jerry: "Well you're a full-tard"
Jonathan: "Bro WTF owo"
Jerry "Hey at least it's less offensive than calling you a retard or a fucktard"

Someone who is beyond stupid. A person could become stupid through no fault of their own. A Tard, however, is never so innocent.

Tard:

- One who revels in their own willful ignorance.

Or, who chooses to remain uniformed about a topic, despite being very emotionally invested in it.

- Someone with a profound lack of sense.
