Basically a mumbly sort of bum. A derogatory term for someone who does not pronounce their words effectively.

I can't figure out if I ordered a ticket to France or am going to dine on a pair of pants as the travel agent was a mumble bum.

A recreational hobby common among rural students attending college in the city. It is viewed as an acceptable alternative to cow tipping when no cows are available. Under cover of darkness, students sneak up on an intoxicated bum and upend either the bum, the bum's shopping cart, or both.
