License To Graduate

A phrase that refers to diplomas/certificates/whatever granted to anyone you know who is (or already did) graduating in the year of 2007.

The phrase originates from the James Bond (Agent 007) movie "License to Kill." Given that this is a Bond year, and there are several people graduating from various institutions around the world, they truly have been granted a license to graduate.

Emma: Hey Steph! 2007 is your year to graduate from high school. Congratulations on getting your License to Graduate.

Steph: Why thank you, Emma!!

Licensed racist

A licensed racist is a black/ African hypocritical racist who picks on other minorities who are even smaller population than themselves and makes racist comments about them. If accessed of racism, they'll play it off as "How am I racist I'm black!" "We are only victims!" "Nothing blacks say is racist." "No you're the racist one because I'm black." sometimes whites could be victims too. Whites are the problem root because they let it happen, but mostly the minorities that have smaller number than blacks are suffering licensed racists, not whites, so white people are often condoning this behaviour and gloating.

United Kingdom with 40%+ blacks and less than 0.7% Orientals, and the latter one get worse treatments by whites
