When you really screw up and can't do anything to fix it: you burned it. This is most often said in place of "wow you really screwed up". That's sooo generic.

Dude:"Man I really failed that exam."
Guy: "Same Dude, I totally burned it!"

When you are high/drunk/rolling and you don't want anyone to find out, but you are making it REALLY obvious...

*High person laughing at themselves and dancing in the street randomly*
"Dude, stop dancing! Stop! It's a burn!"

*Amy keeps telling Johnny his eyes are really dilated*

Mixing MDMA (Ecstasy) with amphetamine. This is a dangerous mix that is warned against. "Burning" is yet to become a popular slang term.

Starting to "burn" at the end of "rolling" can make for a nice cushion.
