Coined in July 2019 to describe the number one NBA draft pick, Zion Williamson. This definition was further qualified as someone prone to career-ending injury.

Zion, the quintessential matabuff, may oftentimes be the heaviest player on court but he is also the most explosive.

Alan Jackson may indeed love his "tall and strong" alcoholic creations while playing hooky in Margaritaville, but at least his meTABolism is in good order ("I could pay off my tab"), along with his responsibility about not driving while impaired ("Pour myself in a cab"), so that is a good thing.
