This is how poor people spell cool. It is a trashy way to say something is neat, good, acceptable.

Broke people like to pretend they’re fancy by butchering spelling of basic words so their sad life seems more fancy.

I don’t pay my child support because I’m a broke ass, but it’s ok my baby mama is kewl about it.

This was meant to sound like a valley girl, I was the first to use this spelling with a friend on “ICQ” when the internet was first being used to communicate. I invented it! I have had a custom license plate since 1989 as proof.
