A personality complex often found in people living in the state of New Jersey. Individuals with the Jersey attitude are typically loud, prideful, always in a hurry, act like they know it all, and look down on anyone that doesn't view New Jersey with the same level of pride they do. They tend to be closed minded and won't move out of New Jersey even if they dislike multiple aspects of the state because their home state is all they know and they'd rather settle for comfortable mediocrity than explore the unknown that could elevate their life tenfold.
That girl bragged about never pumping her own gas and got in my face to defend her lack of talent when I suggested she learn that basic life skill-she really has the Jersey attitude.

Get the Attitudemug. A disease that is caused when you're heavily tired and/or stressed that only your parents and immediate family can identify in you. Symptoms include: Wanting alone time, wanting to request a break from something, crying, over exhaustion; which can lead to other side effects such as a slightly changed tone of voice and becoming aware that "This is some bullshit" and shorter speech, and loss of items that make you happy. Showcasing any symptoms of Attitude around your parents and immediate family will cause them to behave in a way that specifically causes other symptoms to flare up, as they refuse to learn more about what causes Attitude.
Ray: My grandfather told me I had a huge attitude today when I replied to her with only one word.
