For example, Harvey Parties can be initiated before or after going downtown, during concerts or music festivals, before long lecture classes, during road-trips lasting longer than 30 minutes, before or after work, and before movies/dinner/lunch/church or any of life's other events that can be made all the better with the addition of a little marijuana.
