A word that has been given a new definition by youtuber and streamer RTGame with goal of annoying the website youtube itself after having most of his videous suddenly demonetized and age- restricted for no reason.
This term has two definitions:
Definition one: "An action of offensive and pointless stupidity or a person who acts with offensive or pointless stupidity
Definition two: An action of inoffensive and purposeful intelligence; and individual who acts with inoffensive and purposeful intelligence; a moment of inoffensive and purposeful intelligence.
