1) when someone tries to keep pace with your drinking rate (usually alcohol); however, they are unable to handle it, so they pass out and almost certainly die.

2) a much more serious and stronger version of “to drink someone under the table”

A black hole drink is an alcoholic drink containing 3 strong liquors. Jägermeiser, Johnnie Walker (Double Black) and Jack Daniels (Old. no 7). The key to a successful black hole drink is to obtain it through a black plastic bag. If you don't possess plastic bags, it can still be enjoyed through a normal whiskey glass.
