Given the thousands of lesser races, Europeans in the social media space needed a way to refer to the blight ruining their Great White Societies. The term BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) was created by the Bolshevik faction, but the Aryans found this phrase extremely inaccurate as it implies that nons are "people".
Additionally, nons includes jews. Even though they frequently shapeshift between white and non-white, to better suit whichever manipulations they are currently pursuing, their behavior is always damaging to Europeans. Therefore, the Grand Racist Council decided to irrevocably label them as nons, despite protest from Jared Taylor.
