Get the emo mug.A beautiful community of people (though usually teenagers in middle school and high school) who are amazing and not afraid to be themselves, but unfortunately are judged and given negative stereotypes by society. Not all emos cut themselves, and that is NOT the definition of what an "emo" is. We are not always depressed, we are not a bunch of whiny little crybabies. heartbreak
and feeling trapped are common in my own friends.
ANOTHER type of emo is the music, although it doesn't sound good to most people, they are lyrics emos can relate to. because if you are very sad at the time,
"i HATE everything about you! WHY do i LOVE you?" (3 days grace)
sounds a hell of a lot better than
"there's a she-wolf in the closet" (shakira)
or even
"baby are you down, down, down, down down?" (jay sean)
