They also get money from the government to create a mobile unit with fancy dodge chargers or challengers. They are paid with a bounty by an ex husband or ex girlfriend seeking ultimate revenge. They utilize the local police department software, the court database, and local college research institutions to use EMF devices and illegal substances to bring a person to the point of not being able to fight. They love to stalk and do black bag jobs, tamper with mail, steal from accounts all in hopes of making their target commit suicide.
