A tom moment is the moment something random is said or done. This is obviously referring to 21st century humor and how fucked up it is. A tom moment also defines a moment someone says something really funny the gang would pee their pants or spit their drink out. This tom moment was named after talking tom and the blue fish, tom. These 2 things are very random and memeable using 21st century humor.
