When the bass speakers/woofers in your car produce a loud booming sound that feels as if someone is beating on your chest, which can also be heard and felt outside of the vehicle the sound is coming from.

Slaps

Said when someone does something stupid or wrong, sometimes accompanied by slapping on the top of hands. Can be negated by saying "no slaps" before someone else says it.

Bob-"Man, this is a good pizza cake..I mean piece of cake"
Jim-"Slaps! ahahaha"
Bob-"..."
