Sebastian is always bragging about how rich and fancy he is. Everyone is always hoping he segways his face into a pole. Also just to remind you, he was the kid who ripped your brand new shiny holo foil 1999 Charizard Pokémon card. he also has Italian ancestry and he also has an odor as if he pretended to shower on Tuesday.
