The transitive propery, a property invented and claimed by Matt Habib, is a non-universal property which states that any characteristic that one person or thing has is transfered to a related person or thing.

Erin=cute
Erin=popsicle

State Property

1)A record label which in turn is also part of Roc-a-Fella Records. State Property members are all originally from Philadelphia. Members include Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Peedi Crakk and many others.

2)A urban/gangster movie starring Beanie Sigel and featuring other members of State Property . This film has been criticized by many for seemingly lacking a plot, containing a jumpy story line, and not being a very good movie in general.

1) "Yo, that new State Property joint is playing all over the local rap station, Power99 FM."

A. "Yeah it was wack. but the next one is supposed to be alot better.
