My favorite personal verb to explain to someone "You tried" but in a more reflective way, i'd only use this verb in an arguement it's pretty useless

"And that's why you're ugly"
"At least my beauty is on the inside, but you swiped!"

Friend Swooped

When you're spitting game at a bar or club and about to seal the deal and their best friend comes out of nowhere crying about some bullshit and they force them both to leave to "talk" (in 99.9% of cases this only happens to guys) and now you've wasted the whole night and you're only choices are whale hunting or going home alone

Chad: Yo you f*ck that ten from the bar last night?
Brad: nah I got friend swooped ended up getting my Captain Ahab on... Landed a white whale ots sad but better than being alone
