It is a dry town so you can't purchase alcohol in the town because it's not sold here. If you buy a beer a town over and drink it in your front yard, the cops will roll up and tell you that drinking beer on your own property outside is illegal, unless you have a privacy fence. The high school here is called the Shells and the mascot is a shell. There's a community pool, a few parks, and a library. Roxana is a middle class place to live.
Dave: I was drinking a beer in my front yard in Roxana when officer so-and-so pulled up and explained that I am breaking the law.
