49 Phenomenon

Coined from the numerous failed TBS (This Badge Sucks) WR (World Record) runs in the game "Pressure". This phenomenon happens when 1 person out of 50 people will disconnect at random. It doesn't matter who it is or how good everything is working out, there will always be 1 person of 50 who will disconnect.
I hate the number 49. Might as well call it the Mytserious 49 phenomenon

last order phenomenon

The "last order phenomenon" describes the experience of receiving your meal last when dining out with friends or an excursion group. This often occurs because your inability to gauge / guesstimate which menu item would take the least time to prepare, rather than it being a "punishment" for any wrongdoing.
I always seem to fall victim to the last order phenomenon; while everyone else digs into their meals, I'm left waiting for my dish because I underestimated the long cooking time of the menu item I've ordered!

Rush to Die Phenomenon

The tendency of a government to make policies and regulations that cause people to suffer and or die in larger numbers and or sooner rather than make policies that reduce people's suffering. This issue can be seen very frequently when the government is dealing with taxation, corruption, disease outbreaks, water and air pollution caused by hazardous waste, etc.
Hugo: The government keeps raising taxes every year, even though they know that large numbers of people may be driven into homelessness and may not be able to afford the resources they need to survive. This may lead to many people enduring unnecessary suffering. Why do they keep doing this every year?
Alan: Because many of our political leaders care more about their agenda than the actual needs of the people. They could have tried to make a new revenue source that does not rely taxes to generate income to help eliminate the need to raise taxes every year, but they are lazy and argue its unnecessary; when in fact it should have been done years ago. This issue is an example of the Rush to Die Phenomenon.

The Malfac Phenomenon

The Malfac Phenomenon is a phenomenon when people start a hoax, but bad people that aren't in on the hoax start actually doing the hoax, so the hoax actually becomes real. It was never meant to be real, but because bad people didn't know it was a hoax, they started doing what the hoax said they would do, its just a whole thing and it exemplifies how terrible the human race is.
The Blue Whale Challenge is just an example of the Malfac Phenomenon. I guess its real though!

Post-Second-Date Phenomenon

The phenomenon of feeling hatred and disgust following a second date with someone. Typically, the first date goes really well: you feel excited at the potential of this suitor. However, when the second date comes along, you encounter an intrusive mental blockage that prohibits you from enjoying this experience any longer. Externally, there is no issue: the date is perfect on paper. However, when reflecting on the experience, you feel a retrospective sense of repulsion that can’t be attributed to any instance. Your internal sabotage taints the image of your date, halting any prospective relationship.
“I was really excited to go on a second date with this guy because the first date went so well, but it just ended and I feel so awful and gross! It was a totally normal time: what is wrong with me? What do you think happened?” “Girl, that’s the post-second-date phenomenon!”
